Internet Explorer (Service Pack 2) users may experience trouble with the visual tours because of the new default pop-up blocking in SP2. You can bypass pop-up blocking for the visual tours site ONLY by following these steps:

1. In the IE menubar, select Tools, Pop-Up Blocker, Pop-Up Blocker Settings
2. In the top box titled "Address of Web to allow" enter www.visualtour.com
3. Click "Add" and then "Close"

Netscape users may experience some trouble with the visual tours. If the tour does not load for you, try going to this page: http://home.netscape.com/plugins/jvm.html?mimetype=application/x-java-vm

Download and install the java plug-in for Netscape, close out all your browser windows, re-open Netscape and try the tours again.
